SPECIAL FOOD IN TAIWAN

Taiwan is famous for its food, especially at the night market. When you visit the night market, you can see a great amount of people around all kinds of street vendors. Now I will introduce some snacks, they are only in TAIWAN. First is ‘’black pearl milk’’. It is made of milk with tapioca, you can drink it hot , cold or with ice. It is a very popular drink in TAIWAN. You always see that everyone takes one in their hand on the street. Second is ‘’stinky tofu’’. Most foreigners are very surprised its smell and they afraid to try it. But if you overcome the special smell ,and try to eat a handful of ‘’stinky tofu’’ .You will like it so much. ‘’Stinky tofu’’ is eaten usually with pickle. Third is ‘’TAIWANESE fired chicken’’ .You can see all kinds of food on the table of the vendor. For example ,chicken hearts, sweet potatoes, steamed buns, pigs blood cakes, and so on. You can choose which food you like and put on a smell basket which is provided by the boss. Then you give the basket to the boss. He will put food on the big pot on fire them. Finally, he will put special vegetables to make them more fragrant. If you come to Taiwan, there are very delicious and special food to be waited for you to try.
